A patient with high blood pressure and dentures complains that he cannot speak comfortably and eat comfortably. However, this patient says that he cannot have implants because he has high blood pressure and is afraid of implant surgery.
Prof. Dr. Ömer Kutay explains that patients with hypertension can have implants, but that their blood pressure must first be controlled. He explains that the patient's existing prosthetic teeth can be fixed with two implants in the lower jaw and four implants in the upper jaw if their blood pressure is under control.
