Takma dişler sabitlendikten sonra çiğneme etkinliği yaklaşık %50 lerden %70-80 lere çıkıyor. Eğer implantların üzerine sabit diş takılırsa çiğneme  yetkinliğini ana dişlerde olduğu gibi %90 ların üzerine çıkıyor. Burada tabi çiğneme önemli . 2.si ise estetiğin yerine konmuş olması çok önemli.
